Questions about a story, a paper, your account or a payment.
Tell us which page you were on and what happened — that is usually the whole answer.

Email addresses
hello@learning.ability — anything at all: a question, a piece of feedback, a rule you think we have wrong.
support@learning.ability — a story that will not open, a paper that marked oddly, a sign-in link that never arrives, or a credit purchase that did not land.
privacy@learning.ability — a request about your own information: a copy of it, a correction, or deletion.
partners@learning.ability — bringing the library to a class, a study group or a training provider.
What to expect
- An answer within two working days. Weekends are quiet.
- Say which page or story you were on and what you saw. What the screen did matters more than what you think caused it.
- For anything about credits or a payment, write from the address on the account — the ledger is keyed to it.
Before you write
Most of what people ask is already on the FAQ page: whether you need an account, how a practice paper is marked, why the illustrations look the way they do.
If you are reporting a wrong answer, name the source you think applies. Every scene cites what it was written from, so a wrong citation is a real defect and we treat it as one.
The postal address
Learning Ability is run from South Africa. The registered entity name and postal address are not published yet, so a paper trail runs through the email addresses above. Ask on the privacy address and we will send whatever we have.
